Drizzle  chicken feet with key lime juice, leave it for a while, then drain&lt;br /&gt;2.       Deep fry chicken feet (make sure using the splatter)&lt;br /&gt;3.       Prepare a big bowl of ice water, put the fried chicken feet into the ice water right away&lt;br /&gt;4.       Using the pressure cooker, put the chicken feet inside add all the spices then add water  (make sure the chicken feet is cover with water) then cook with high heat about 15-20min, leave some brooth, don’t make it too dry&lt;br /&gt;5. &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6600;"&gt;If you like spicy food, this can be your choice..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 medium potato, diced then deep fried, put aside&lt;br /&gt;250gr (1/2 lb)prawn&lt;br /&gt;6 stems asparagus, cut 5cm length&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Spices:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;5 cloves shallot&lt;br /&gt;3 cloves garlic&lt;br /&gt;5pc fresh chili&lt;br /&gt;1tsp coriander powder&lt;br /&gt;1tsbp sugar&lt;br /&gt;1tsbp palm sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 medium tomato&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions for the spice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pound all spices using mortar of food processor&lt;br /&gt;(tips: if u like u can make the paste in large amount then keep it in the fridge, it can last for about 2 weeks)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cooking Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Heat 3 tbs cooking oil, fry the paste until fragrant, then add the prawn, stir thoroughly add the asparagus, add a little water, close the lid for 1 min, then last add the fried potato stir thoroughly. It more delicious and refreshing to be eaten with slice of cucumber. Stir evenly, Turned off the heat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.Lay 1 pc of tortilla, add the mixture of corn beef then roll it, like Chinese spring rolls (both side of the roll is folded) then secure it with toothpicks.
